Access Denied When Deleting a File
After moving users home directories to a new server I ran into a problem while deleting the old files and folders. I was denied access to one of the files even though I'm Domain Administrator.

 XPrompt Minimize
XPrompt is a policy reinforcement utility. Executing XPrompt after user logon requires users to agree to usage terms to continue use of the computer. Failure to agree within five (5) minutes, or by clicking the disagree button, will force the computer to shut down. XPrompt exhibits these features:

  1. Displays any text (.TXT) or rich text file (.RTF) file.
  2. Takes total control of the computer including all keyboard functions;
  3. Creates a log file of user agreement in the user’s profile folder by creating a XPROMPT.LOG file at the %USERPROFILE% environment variable;
  4. Eliminates the need to track paper agreements;
  5. Can be executed as part of a logon script.
